For every appointment, new medication, blood test, diagnosis, hospital stay, and referal a new document is shuffled into the mountain of folders kept by parent carers.
Keeping track of these documents alongside managing medications and appointments is an unnecessary stress on parent carers.

PARE is a project of collaboration that offers parent carers a secure and simple solution to
the mountains of their child’s medical files.
Designed alongside a team of parent carers each aspect of the visual language and interface of
the app has been make to take away unnecessary stress, and bring back balance.
PARE didn’t want to bombard parent carers with ads, billboards, or a campaign to bring the app to their attention. In their already very busy lives, the ‘noise’ of advertising wouldn’t convey the care and support PARE values.
Instead parent carers receive a manila folder from one of the child’s medical practitioners. Inside each folder is the story of PARE, and information detailing the app. Offering them individual access to the application, this makes the folder a personalised gift to each parent carer. This approach to user awareness instils PARE’s brand values of quality, knowledge, and connection right from the first touch point.
